Job Position: Front Line Associates

– Deliver exceptional customer service
– Assist customers with remittance, foreign exchange, and financial services
– Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
– Verify customer documents per AML/KYC and compliance requirements
– Support branch operations and ensure smooth daily transactions
– Maintain accurate transaction records
– Handle cash transactions, including money transfers and foreign exchange
– Promote remittance and foreign exchange services
– Achieve branch-level business targets
– Conduct marketing activities and branch campaigns
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
– Identify opportunities for cross-selling and new customer acquisition
– Collaborate with branch supervisors to implement local marketing strategies
– Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline
– Previous experience as a Cashier/Teller in an Exchange House or Bank in the UAE preferred
– Strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills
– Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations is advantageous
– Proficiency in English
