Job Position: Procurement Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials, equipment, and subcontract packages in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
– Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and lead comparative evaluations.
– Coordinate with Engineering, QS, Cost Control, and Project Teams to ensure alignment between technical requirements, budgets, and procurement strategies.
– Negotiate prices, terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value.
– Prepare procurement reports, material submittals, and recommendations for management approval.
– Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
– Support variation, back-charge, and cost-control exercises related to procurement packages.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and contractual obligations.
– Strong Understanding of construction materials, subcontracting practices, and commercial terms.
– Proven experience in technical and commercial evaluation and negotiations.
– Good knowledge of contracts, payment terms, and cost-control principles.
– Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement-related documentation.
