– Proven superior knowledge & Experience in FM operations, especially hard services
– At least 5+ Years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable Facilities Management company in UAE.
– Proven experience with Contractor Management.
– Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
– Good verbal & written communication skills in English.
– Driving License Preferred.
– Fit-out company experience in the UAE is mandatory
– CAFM knowledge and experience
– Technical reports submission: knowledge and experience
– Immediate joiner preferred.
