Job Title: Floor Manager – Supermarket/Hypermarket
Location: Qatar
Job Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in supermarket or hypermarket operations
- Prior experience as a Floor Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager
- Skilled in managing floor staff: cashiers, merchandisers, and stock handlers
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory coordination, stock control, and FIFO/LIFO methods
- Familiarity with POS systems, billing, and basic cash handling
- Visual merchandising and daily sales reporting experience
