Job Position: Fire Pump Technical Support Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Perform technical support, troubleshooting, and testing for fire pumps, ensuring compliance with NFPA, UL, and FM standards.
– Prepare accurate quotations and technical offers for fire pump systems.
– Develop detailed technical submittals and ensure full compliance with client specifications.
– Conduct internal training and external presentations on fire pump systems.
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
– 3+ years of experience in fire pump engineering, testing, or technical support.
– Strong understanding of NFPA, UL, and FM standards.
– Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
– Preferred: NFPA Fire Pump Specialist certification or UL/FM-related training.
