Financial Controller
Company: Al Ghurair Facility Management
Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent
– Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
– Proven experience handling month-end close and delivering management accounts independently
– Hands-on ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is highly preferred
– UAE experience with strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
– Experience leading a small finance team
Key Responsibilities
– Lead monthly close, management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/VAT compliance
– Strengthen controls across AP, AR, payroll, treasury, and reconciliations
– Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation from design to go-live, including migration, testing, training, and change management
– Monitor cash flow, treasury, forecasts, collections, and DSO
– Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team with KPIs and performance reviews
Preferred
– Experience in Facility Management, Construction, Real Estate, or service-led businesses
– Board-level reporting experience
– Finance transformation experience
– Arabic language skills are an advantage
Salary
– AED 15,000–18,000
