– Conduct professional, private viewings — we don’t do cookie-cutter open houses
– Use market data and insights to confidently negotiate and close high-value deals
– Stay ahead of market trends, new launches, and emerging hot spots
– Collaborate with a high-performing, forward-thinking team that celebrates bold ideas
– Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, or a strong sales background
– A polished, professional presence and excellent communication skills
– Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
– Strong knowledge — or a keen interest to learn — about Dubai’s real estate market
– Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success
– A valid UAE driving license is required
