Job Position: Facilities Manager

– Proven capability of managing and delivering FM Services at the highest level, working calmly under pressure, delivering the services to the client’s satisfaction
– Building Operations & Maintenance: Overseeing day-to-day operations, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring all building systems (like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) function correctly
– Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring the facility adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and managing emergency preparedness plans
– Vendor & Contractor Management: Procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors and contractors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance
– Budgeting & Financial Management: Forecasting expenses, managing facility budgets, and tracking costs to ensure efficient resource utilization to achieve KPI Benchmarks target and maintain P&L
– Strategic Planning: Developing strategies for long-term facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency
– Workplace Support: Creating a functional, safe, and welcoming environment that supports employee productivity and satisfaction
– Emergency Response: Quickly and effectively responding to emergencies that arise within the facilities
– Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of FM functions, in Particular Hard Services
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years as a Facilities Manager in the UAE
– Driving License Required
