– Lead and manage site operations with a strong emphasis on service excellence, quality delivery, and technical precision
– Oversee high-end MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and robust preventive maintenance programs
– Ensure seamless facility operations in full compliance with UAE safety regulations, authority requirements, and industry best practices
– Deliver superior FM services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios
– Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 2 years of proven Facilities Management experience within high-rise or large-scale properties
– Strong technical expertise with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in professional, client-focused environments
