Job Position: Façade Designer

– Bosco Group is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Façade Designer with a strong background in the aluminium industry to join our dynamic team.
– The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of façade systems, aluminium curtain walling, cladding, and glazing, along with proven experience in the UAE market.
– Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in façade design within the aluminium industry.
– Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other façade design software.
– Familiarity with structural analysis tools (e.g., Staad Pro, SAP2000) is a plus.
– Good understanding of UAE building codes and standards related to façades and glazing.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Currently residing in the UAE. Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
– Design and detail façade systems including curtain walls, aluminium cladding, structural glazing, and unitised panels.
– Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings as per project requirements and standards.
– Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.
– Provide technical support during site installation and resolve design-related issues.
– Review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
– Optimise design for cost-effectiveness, structural performance, and thermal performance.
– Support project management in material selection and procurement.
