Position: Executive – Logistics

Key Responsibilities
– Establishing contact with the Supplier/ Agent for cargo pick up post aligning with the Brand team.
– Coordinate with freight forwarder to arrange collection for Import & re-export and follow up till goods delivery at the warehouse / Stores.
– Invite freight quotes from various service providers and prepare comparisons for ADHOC shipments.
– Facilitate the movement of stocks (Inbound & Outbound) using the most cost-efficient means of transport, at the earliest possible lead time.
– Generate shipping documents for outbound shipments to GCC and local exports to UAE.
– Validate all customs BOE & freight invoices and handover to finance for payment process in a timely manner so that shipments are not impacted.
– Process BOE & making customs duty payments for all inbound and outbound shipments.
