Job Position: Estimation Engineer

– Review RFPs and tender documents to understand client requirements
– Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
– Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
– Develop competitive bids aligned with market rates and company margins
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
– Attend client meetings to clarify scope and present proposals
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in FM estimation or related field
– Skilled in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (Candy, CostX)
– Familiarity with the UAE FM industry and pricing
– Strong communication and documentation abilities
