Job Position: Estimation Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Review RFPs and tender documents to understand client requirements
– Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
– Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, operations) to gather data
– Develop competitive bids that align with market rates and company margins
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
– Attend client meetings to clarify scope and present proposals
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 3 years in FM estimation or related fields
– Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, estimation tools (i.e., Candy, CostX)
– Familiarity with the UAE FM industry and pricing trends
– Excellent communication and documentation skills
