Requirements
– Proven experience in infrastructure works, including utilities, sewer, stormwater, and roads.
– Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.
– Experience with RTA, Dubai Municipality, or similar authority projects is an advantage.
– Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
– Excellent coordination and communication skills.
– Strong experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on accurate cost estimation and tendering.
