Job Position: Operations Manager
Location: UAE

– Minimum 10-15 years’ operational experience within Industrial Services (Coatings, Insulation, Scaffolding, Rope Access, Fabrication).
– Strong background in fabrication yard, shipyard, or heavy industrial project environments.
– Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (50+ personnel).
– Strong knowledge of NORSOK, ISO standards, IRATA requirements, and industrial HSE frameworks.
– Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, operational planning, and commercial input.
– Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. High-level organisational capability, with strong reporting and documentation standards.
– Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.
– Certifications in:
– NACE Level 3 / AMPP Senior Coatings Inspector qualification
– IRATA Level 3 (or strong oversight experience of Rope Access operations)
– Experience with offshore, marine, fabrication, or EPC project delivery.
– Strong knowledge of NORSOK, ISO standards, IRATA requirements, and industrial.
