Job Position: Boutique Manager – Women’s Fashion
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure a premium customer experience
– Manage the boutique team, including scheduling, training, and performance supervision
– Drive sales targets, maximize revenue, and meet monthly KPIs
– Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and product display
– Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
– Handle inventory control, stock rotation, ordering, and loss prevention
– Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and operational performance updates
– Coordinate with the head office for product planning, pricing, promotions, and marketing
– Manage customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently
– Ensure compliance with company standards, brand identity, and store policies
– Requirements: Previous experience as Store/Boutique Manager or Supervisor in retail fashion
– Strong product knowledge in women’s fashion, styling, and trends
– Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
– Ability to manage retail targets and drive commercial performance
– Must be currently based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
