– Experience with leading UAE developers – Involved in snagging, quality control, and property handover processes.

– 15000 AED/-

– Manage Snagging Activities – Achieve zero customer snags in line with company vision.

– Oversee Snagging Software – Ensure rollout and usage across all projects.

– Review Software Data – Track snagging, report findings, and drive action plans.

– Coordinate Departments – Maintain open communication and cooperation.

– Manage Contractors (DLP) – Ensure all Service Requests are attended promptly.

Position : Quality /DLP & Handover Engineer (Civil) Salary : 15000 AED Qualification : Civil Engineering or Similar Industry : Construction / Property Development Job Scope : Ultimately the role is to deliver the best quality property in the market. Key accountabilities & Tasks To Manage / Snagging Activities / To achieve zero customer snag targets in line with companies vision. To Manage / Snagging Software / to ensure software is rolled-out and utilised for all projects. To Review / Software Data / to manage snagging activities and provide necessary reporting and action plans. To Coordinate / Between Departments / to ensure open and clear communications and cooperation. To Manage / Contractors / During the DLP period to ensure customer Service Requests (SRs) are attended. Experience & skills Experience with any leading developer in UAE and have been closely involved with the property snagging / quality control activities and the property handover process to customers.
