Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
– MBA or Master’s Degree in Business/Management is a strong advantage
– 08–10 years of experience in Business Development within FM, Engineering, or Construction industries
– Strong client portfolio and active professional network in Qatar
– Established relationships with key clients and strategic partners
– Demonstrated success in generating revenue and securing new business opportunities
– Strong understanding of the Qatar market and industry landscape
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Job Position: Electrical Estimation Engineer
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
– 6–8 years of experience in Electrical Estimation within Facilities Management / Construction, or Engineering industries
– Proven experience in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and technical/commercial proposals
– Experience in quantity take-off, cost analysis, budgeting, vendor pricing, etc.
– Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
