Job Positions:

1 – FM Engineer

2 – Senior FM Engineer

3 – FM Manager

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

– 5–7 years of experience in the UAE Facilities Management (FM) industry

– Proven experience managing multiple FM projects simultaneously

– Experience handling major projects with recognized clients

– Proven track record managing projects with values of AED 20–30+ million

– Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills

– UAE Driving License is an added advantage

– Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately

– Candidates on a visit visa or a cancelled visa who can join within 5–7 days are preferred
