Essential Qualifications and Skills:

✔️ 3–5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management with expertise in MEP operations and services.

✔️ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including reading technical drawings.

✔️ Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.

✔️ Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards in facilities management.

✔️ A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
