– Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal dessert menus to enhance guest experience.
– Ensure all baked goods meet high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
– Manage ingredients inventory, minimize waste, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
– Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate pastry preparations with the overall dining experience.
– Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
– Multi-task efficiently during busy service periods, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in pastry arts and Arabic sweets to keep our offerings innovative.
– Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably with expertise in Arabic sweets and desserts.
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop and adapt recipes.
– Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
– Strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene standards, and food presentation.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Passion for culinary arts and a desire to continuously improve skills.
