Job Position: Estimation Engineer

– Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for turf-related construction and maintenance works.
– Prepare detailed estimates, material take-offs, and BOQs for turf, sub-base, irrigation, and drainage.
– Prepare detailed estimates for maintenance of sports pitches, factoring in machinery, manpower, resources, period activities like seeding, re-turfing, grass improvement activities, etc.
– Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
– Support project teams with estimation data and conduct site visits as part of the estimation process.
– Stay updated on sports turf systems, materials, turf maintenance machines, and industry practices.
– Bachelor’s in Civil / Agricultural Engineering or related field.
– 7+ years of experience in estimation, preferably in sports turf.
– Knowledge of turf systems, including grass species, turf maintenance, sub-base preparation, and irrigation/drainage.
– Cost-conscious, analytical, and technically astute to ascertain project/client requirements.
– Strong communication skills with an excellent command of English.
