Job Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Understand the needs of the clients
– Quote appropriately and in time with the help of the Underwriters
– Objection handling
– Rapport with Customers/Sales persons/ Underwriters
– In case of threats, escalate it to the Supervisor or Sales persons, or General Manager – Medical
– Meeting with clients (if needed, may take Underwriters with them)
– Maintaining a daily Excel tracker
– Bachelor’s degree
– Excellent Communication skills in English, Hindi are desired
– Proficiency in MS Office and digital record-keeping
