– Manage the company’s CRM platform and ensure accurate customer data entry and maintenance
– Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
– Monitor and analyze customer behavior, feedback, and trends
– Create regular CRM reports and dashboards to support decision-making
– Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service departments to optimize customer journeys
– Plan and execute customer communication campaigns (SMS, email, follow-ups)
– Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring quick resolution and follow-up
– Maintain compliance with data privacy and protection regulations
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in a CRM or customer service role (preferably in the automotive industry)
– Proficiency in CRM software
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
– Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
