Job Position: CRM Officer

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
– Manage and update the CRM system with customer interactions and data.
– Assist in analyzing customer data to improve service and retention.
– Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
– Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
– Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
– Handle customer complaints and follow up until resolution.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or a related role.
– Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
– Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
