Job Position: CRM Manager

– CUSP is a DFSA-licensed WealthTech startup based in the UAE, providing access to US-listed stocks and ETFs, and a unique hybrid advisory model
– Seeking a data-driven, independent, and hands-on Senior CRM Manager who will fully own the customer lifecycle strategy to drive activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the GCC
– Reporting directly to the CMO, collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver scalable results
– Build CRM strategy for full customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, upsell/cross-sell, retention, win-back) with AI predictions tailored to UAE/GCC (Islamic finance, HNWI profiles)
– Own CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, MoEngage, HubSpot) + integrate with CDPs, data warehouses, and real-time event streams for personalization
– Create dynamic segments by behavior, portfolio size, risk profile, lifecycle stage, zero-party data, and AI cohorts (churn prediction, next-best-action)
– Launch multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, push, SMS, WhatsApp) with AI-generated Arabic/English content to drive conversions and LTV growth
– Design onboarding/nurture journeys with zero-party data collection; educate users on robo-advisory, brokerage, Sharia-compliant products
– Own and track core KPIs (activation rate, ML-powered churn, engagement, upsell, reactivation, ROI, ARPU, CLTV) and build dashboards for leadership
– Partner with Marketing, Product, Legal, and CX teams for initiatives alignment and product launches
– Establish growth framework: run A/B tests and AI experiments continuously to scale winning tactics
– Ensure data quality, consent management via CMPs (OneTrust), zero-party strategies, and GCC compliance
– Document playbooks and best practices to enable scaling
– Requirements: 3+ years hands-on CRM/retention marketing in fintech, wealthtech, e-commerce, or similar business
– Expert with CRM platforms (Braze, HubSpot, customer.io, etc) + analytics integrations (Amplitude, GA4)
– Strong segmentation/cohort analysis skills; SQL for self-serve insights; GenAI experience for content personalization
– Track record optimizing app lifecycle journeys and real-time personalization
– Deep knowledge of metrics (LTV, churn, ARPU) with the ability to turn data into action
– Excellent written English and Arabic
– Startup experience: thrives in ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, building from 0 to 1
– Nice to Have: UAE/GCC experience (DIFC/ADGM regs, local investor behaviors); Wealth management/robo-advisory background; Advanced ML skills or WhatsApp Business API automation
