Job Position: Creative Content Creator

– Develop creative, trend-driven ideas that support promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement
– Visualize and plan content concepts (storyboards, mood boards, mockups) to guide the production team
– Collaborate with in-house videographers and editors to execute concepts
– Write compelling captions, taglines, and hooks optimized for engagement
– Monitor performance metrics and iterate content based on results
– Maintain a consistent brand voice while experimenting with creative formats
– 2+ years in content creation, digital media, or social media marketing
– Solid understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific formats (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
– Basic knowledge of video production/editing processes
– Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar visual platforms
– Bonus: Familiarity with AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT, Kling, Veo 3, etc.)
– Nice to Have: Portfolio of previous content ideas and executions
– Nice to Have: Experience working in fast-paced retail, F&B, or lifestyle industries
