Job Position: Contracts Administrator
Location: UAE

– Contract Management: Review contracts, Letters of Intent, and work orders for compliance and risk.
– Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all contracts, subcontracts, and approvals.
– Variations & Claims: Support the submission of variations, EDTS, and claims with justifications.
– Billing Coordination: Assist with Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and client payment certificates.
– Client Communication: Draft formal correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.
– Compliance: Coordinate with legal and internal teams to ensure all contractual obligations and legal requirements are met.
– Requirements: Proven experience in contract administration in the construction or engineering sector.
– Strong knowledge of commercial and legal principles related to project contracts.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
