Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the Card Industry with a strong Customer Service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual Preferred: Arabic / English / Hindi / Urdu
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer operations
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
