Job Position: Government Relations Officer

– Minimum High School certificate
– Previous Experience in liaising with government departments
– 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
– Emirati National with Family book
– IT literate and proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
– Previous experience in dealing with UAE government portals
– Strong Arabic and English communication skills
– Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Understanding of UAE Labor Law and immigration procedures
– Represent the company in all public relations activities at government departments, including MOHRE, ICP, Dubai Economy/Abu Dhabi DED, Municipalities, Police, and Free Zone Authorities
– Prepare Power of Attorney
– Dealing with different establishments of the company
– Ensure all trade licenses are up to date and have all relevant and required activities
– Liaise with the company provider on MOL visas as required
– Preparation and coordination of documentation for visa applications
– Manage the medical test and Emirates ID process for new arrivals and renewals
