Job Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered
– Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
– Serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
– Manage and update support tickets
– Maintain documentation and create knowledge base articles
– Provide remote assistance and conduct user training
– Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration
– Experience: 2–4 years in IT support (Mandatory)
– Education: B.E / B.Tech (Mandatory)
– Skills: Troubleshooting, Windows/macOS, networking basics, ITSM, communication & customer service
– Certifications (Optional): CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
– Nationality: Open to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and others
