To support exceptional service delivery across the Middle East market by managing key distributor relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 2+ years in Account Management within insurance or banking
– Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
