✔ Oversee daily housekeeping operations and manage cleaning staff

✔ Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met

✔ Allocate manpower efficiently based on operational needs

✔ Communicate effectively with tenants and clients

✔ Handle maintenance issues, including knowledge of CIVIL works

✔ Maintain documentation such as checklists and activity report
