Job Position: Claims Assistant – General Accident
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Role:
- Processing claims for all general business, including marine
- Guide clients throughout the claims process
- Process claims as assigned, adhering to client instructions and Best Practices
- Maintain records and data of claim processes
- Review and send discharge receipts/settlement advisories to clients
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for faster claims processing
- Alert management of any delays or complications in claim processing
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-1 year in non-motor claims (General Insurance) in the UAE preferred
- Education: Graduates with certifications in the insurance domain desired
- Language Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi; preference for North Indian candidates for this position
