Key Requirements:

✔ Certifications: DM Certified (Dubai Municipality), SOE Certified (Society of Engineers)
✔ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the UAE
✔ Skills: Strong civil engineering & construction management knowledge
✔ Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi

Responsibilities:

 Oversee construction projects until completion
 Ensure compliance with regulations & standards
 Coordinate with local authorities for approvals
 Conduct site inspections
