Job Position: Chiller Technician cum Driver

– Provide technical expertise in maintaining and repairing chiller/HVAC systems while supporting site operations through safe and efficient driving services
– Diagnose, repair, and maintain chillers, HVAC systems, and components
– Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on a scheduled basis
– Monitor system performance and report abnormalities
– Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in chiller systems
– Maintain service logs and ensure compliance with safety standards
– Support installation of HVAC systems when required
– Safely operate the company vehicle for the transport of tools, equipment, and staff to job sites
– Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and roadworthy
– Comply with all UAE traffic regulations and company driving policies
– Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Chiller Technician
– Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers (air- & water-cooled), compressors, and refrigeration principles
– Valid UAE driving license
– Ability to troubleshoot electrical & mechanical issues
– Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
– Physically fit, adaptable to varied site conditions
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Diploma or ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field (preferred)
– Prior experience in the Facility Management industry (preferred)
– Familiarity with safety standards and best practices (preferred)
