Job Position: Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor

– Supervise daily camp operations (accommodation, hygiene, discipline)
– Maintain records of camp residents & timesheets
– Coordinate with HR/admin for arrivals, departures & room assignments
– Manage camp inventory & enforce policies
– Ensure cleanliness of camp, toilets, kitchen & living areas
– Mobilize workers daily to the site on time
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in camp management or a similar role
– Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
– Basic knowledge of Health & Safety (HSE) standards
– Languages Spoken: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam
