Job Position: Measurer

– Assist estimators in the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates.
– Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience, with at least 2 years in UAE fit-out (offices, residential, and F&B).
– Proficiency in CCS Candy estimating software is a strong advantage.
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
– Review tender documents to understand the scope of work.
– Identify subcontractor and supplier packages; extract relevant documents and prepare inquiries.
– Measure required works and materials as per project specifications.
– Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) using CCS Candy, based on POMI standards, when client BoQs are unavailable.
– Verify client-issued BoQs and identify any discrepancies or omissions.
– Raise RFIs for clarification and coordinate with estimators for timely submissions.
– Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and compliance.
– Ensure timely support to the Estimation team in meeting submission deadlines.
