Business Development Executive

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
– 2–4 years of sales/business development experience (preferably in UAE FM companies)
– Strong UAE market knowledge in FM and Interior Fit-Out
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and secure business opportunities with new and existing clients
– Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
– Generate fit-out revenue with understanding of MEP, HVAC, and Civil scopes
– Coordinate with operations teams across Emirates
– Prepare proposals, presentations, and client submissions
– Maintain sales pipeline using ERP and CRM systems
– Build relationships with consultants, developers, and facility owners
