Job Position: Joinery Draftsman – Luxury Villa
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Degree or Diploma in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering or related fields
– Min 2yrs of UAE experience in AutoCAD Drafting for Joinery & Architectural
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in producing drawings
– Experience in high end Luxury Villas & Villa Renovation projects is mandatory
– Develop detailed joinery & architectural drawings and plans for Villa & Villa renovation projects using AutoCAD
– Collaborate closely with senior architects and designers to create stunning villa interiors
– Assist in the creation of project documentation, specifications, and construction details
– Maintain adherence to project timelines and design standards
– Maintain building codes and standards while drafting plans
