– Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

– Salary + Benefits: AED 25,000 + Annual benefits (Based on the interview)
– Key Responsibilities: Project Support & Execution, Design & Technical Coordination, Documentation & Quality Control, Coordination with Stakeholders, Team Leadership
– Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, and finishing details.
– Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
– Excellent understanding of local authority regulations and approval processes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Trakhees, and Emaar)
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, Attention to detail, and technical accuracy
– Time management, multitasking, Coordination, stakeholder management, Quality, compliance focus, leadership, and team development
