Job Position: Landscape Designer – Luxury Villas

– Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 + Annual Benefits
– Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture/Interior Designing
– Expertise in Conceptualizing, Analysis, Designing & Completion of Interiors & Landscape is mandatory
– Proven experience in Luxury Villas, both new and renovation projects essential
– Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
– Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Spearhead villa construction and renovation projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion
– Lead the architectural & landscape design process, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams like Draftsman, Designers, Project Engineers etc to understand and translate their vision into reality
– Oversee site planning, precise drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring compliance and adherence to local building regulations and standards
– Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, providing timely solutions to any challenges that may arise
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle
