Job Position: Estimator – Aluminium & Façade Systems
Location: UAE – Multiple Branches | RAK

– Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare comprehensive estimates
– Utilise Orgadata / LogiKal software to model façade, window, door, and curtain wall systems and generate material take-offs and costing
– Prepare quotations, bills of quantities (BOQ), and detailed cost breakdowns
– Liaise with suppliers for up-to-date material costs and technical specifications
– Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, procurement, and project management) to ensure accuracy and feasibility of bids
– Maintain and update pricing databases and estimation templates
– Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required
– Support value engineering processes to ensure competitive and compliant proposals
– Analyse project risks, variations, and opportunities during the estimation phase
– Minimum experience in estimation within the aluminium façade, glazing, or curtain wall industry
– Proficiency in Orgadata / LogiKal software is mandatory
– Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, façade systems, and related construction materials
– Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
– Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
