Job Position: BMS Operator – Facility Management
Company Name:
Location: Doha, Qatar
– Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to control HVAC, lighting, and other building services
– Respond promptly to alarms, faults, and alerts generated by the BMS and escalate issues as necessary
– Perform routine checks and ensure system parameters are within defined limits
– Assist in scheduling and implementing preventive maintenance for BMS-related equipment
– Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system performance and energy consumption
– Coordinate with technical teams for corrective actions and system upgrades
– Maintain accurate logs of all activities, alarms, and interventions
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Requirements:
– Proficiency in BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls)
– Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and energy management
– Ability to analyze system data and troubleshoot issues effectively
– Good communication and reporting skills
– Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BMS operations within commercial or industrial facilities
