Hiring | BIM Engineer | UAE | (10+ Years Experience)
Job Position: BIM Engineer

Location: UAE
– Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC platform, and preferably Synchro or other 4D scheduling tools
– Experience in BIM Modelling for Revit MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines
– Skilled in developing BIM content libraries and automated reporting
– Strong understanding of BIM standards, MEP coordination principles, and model data management
– Ability to establish and define LOD based on project requirements (e.g. developing LOD 300 into LOD 400 and incorporating Cobie data to achieve LOD 500)
– Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM implementation on Building and Infrastructure Projects
– Experience with ISO and UK BIM Standards
– Knowledge of BIM codes and standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192-2, BS 1192)
– Experience in Asset Information Model (AIM) delivery, Cobie, O&M, and asset tagging
