Job Position: BIM Architect
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Company Name: ARCO Interiors L.L.C.

– Develop and manage BIM models for high-end interior fit-out projects
– Collaborate closely with design, MEP, and site teams
– Ensure accurate coordination and clash detection
– Support project documentation from concept to completion
– Full collaboration with all project stakeholders on a CDE using Autodesk construction cloud (BIM360)
– Studying all design drawings of the project IFC OR IFT (Civil-Arch-MEP-ID)
– Revit Modeling for Arch (Interior Finishes)
– Coordinating with all disciplines to solve the clashes using Navisworks
– Grouping and Sorting Clashes on Navisworks for each discipline
– Producing 4D stimulation to see the site progress between Planned and Actual
– Produce Project documents (RFI-RFP-QS Submittals-Material takeoff)
– Produce As-Built / Produce Shop drawings for (Wall finishes-Furniture-floor finishes-Doors-Glass partitions-Ceiling)
– Create issues on BIM360
– Model collaboration and Design coordination using BIM 360
– Basic Dynamo scripts to make workflow easy in the modeling process
– Interior Design for several zones and rendering
– Audit for Revit models and create issues for quality on BIM360
– Develop Model LOD to match each project stage
– Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s is a plus)
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably in interior fit-out projects
– Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
– Solid understanding of construction detailing and material specifications
– Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
