Job Position: Bi-lingual Videographer (Arabic/English)

– Own video creation end-to-end (pre-pro → shoot → edit → publish-ready) for short-form and campaign content across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more.
– Plan and execute shoots: treatments, shot lists, schedules, location/lighting prep, talent direction.
– Film on set and on the go (studio, outdoors, events), confidently operating cameras, lenses, audio, and gimbals.
– Edit for social first: tight cuts, kinetic typography, snappy pacing, hook-led intros, trend-savvy transitions/effects.
– Design motion graphics and clean subtitles (AR/EN), including burned-in captions and stylized supers.
– Grade, mix, and master: color workflows/LUTs, sound design/SFX/music licensing for platform-native delivery.
– Version quickly for multiple formats/aspects (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platforms with optimal specs.
– Collaborate with strategy/creative to translate briefs into high-performing videos with clear CTAs.
– Stay ahead of trends: transitions, effects, audio memes, visual styles, and platform features.
– Maintain an organized post pipeline: proxies, asset naming, backups, and delivery templates.
– Report what works: basic performance reads to inform next edits (retention, hook strength, thumb-stop moments).
– Represent the agency on shoots/client sets with positive, can-do energy.
– 6+ years of hands-on agency experience in videography and editing (social-first portfolio required).
– Bi-lingual Arabic & English: filming direction and on-screen text/subtitles in both languages.
– Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent).
– Demonstrable mastery of social transitions & effects (speed ramps, match cuts, whip/zoom transitions, masking, rotoscoping, time-remapping, glitch, motion blur).
– Strong camera craft (Sony/Canon), lighting (key/fill/rim), audio capture (lav/shotgun/recorder).
– Proven short-form storytelling chops: hooks in 0–3s, pattern interrupts, retention-focused pacing.
– Motion graphics skills: lower thirds, kinetic type, logo stings, animated stickers/overlays.
– Fluency with AI-assisted tools (auto-captions, cleanup, noise removal, image/video upscalers, generative fills) to speed workflow.
– Excellent organization, time management, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
– Positive, energetic, solutions-first attitude on set and in edit.
– Portfolio Requirement: Please share a reel and 5–8 recent social edits (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) highlighting transitions/effects, Arabic/English titling, and before/after grades.
