Job Position: Waiter

– Responsible for providing prompt, efficient service of food and beverages, taking orders and guiding runners while maintaining quality standards.
– Sets and clears tables, keeps the restaurant tidy and advises guests on menu items and drinks.
– Arranges table set-ups before and after each customer according to the brand’s established standards.
– Presents customers with the menu upon their arrival, assists in their item selection, takes orders and serves food in a timely manner.
– Communicates efficiently with the kitchen staff and barista to guarantee customer satisfaction and collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
– Ensures the staff consistently delivers friendly, professional and timely service and reports immediately any discrepancies or customer complaints to the Manager on duty.
– Collects bill payments from customers and hands them over to the cashier.
– Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
– Education: High school degree.
– Experience: One year of experience in customer service in a similar role.
