Job Title: Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Industrial Engineering

Qualification:
- Diploma / BE in a relevant engineering field
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize shop floor layouts for efficient material and operator flow
- Conduct capacity and resource planning to meet production goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures and improve OEE
- Oversee infrastructure readiness, production line installations, and project qualifications
- Utilize AutoCAD for layout planning and machine/space requirement analysis
