Job Title: Assistant Manager – Financial Institutions
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and manage strategic relationships with financial institutions
- Oversee fintech or digital-related projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial services operations
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Commerce, or related field)
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in fintech or digital projects
- Prior banking experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations (remittance, nostro accounts, cash collections, bill payments)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
